If you've been living in Malaysia, you would probably heard of 'BoBoiBoy' - an all-Malaysian superhero that's been dominating the small screens as well as the silver screen.
And if you're a fan, we have some interesting news for you.
The boy wonder recently made a surprise appearance in the form of an extended episode of the 'BoBoiBoy Beyond' animated series.
In fact, barely a day after a special 30-minute episode was uploaded onto Monsta's official YouTube channel, the extended episode has raked in more than three million views
That's a pretty impressive feat!
If you're wondering why the episode was so well-received, it was probably because Monsta included a heart-wrenching scene of BoBoiBoy saying goodbye to his father, Amato, also known as Mehamoto.
In the episode that was created in conjunction of BoBoiBoy's tenth anniversary, BoBoiBoy can be seen saying farewell to his father as he makes his way home to find Tok Aba.

The animated series also ties in to the standalone 'Mechamoto' movie, which will be released later this year.
The highly-anticipated animated movie chronicles the adventures of a new superhero named Amato (who is the father of BoBoiBoy) and his robot friend MechaBot.
Whenever his home city of Kota Hilir is threatened, Amato and MechaBot join forces to become a superhero duo called Mechamato.
