Almost three months after the death of Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington, Linkin Park and fans are trying to remain positive and to move as well as help bring light to mental health issues.

A few months ago, news broke that the band, including Chester, recorded an episode of Carpool Karaoke for Apple. James Corden, who is the host of the YouTube segment, released a statement that he will not air that episode without the consent of Chester’s family and bandmates.

On Thursday, Linkin Park surprised millions of fans worldwide after releasing the full episode of Carpool Karaoke with actor Ken Jeong on their official Facebook page.

RIP Chester Bennington.
The 23-minute video kicked off with a message saying that this episode was aired after receiving the blessing from Chester’s family and bandmates, and that it is dedicated to the late lead singer.

The band also said that the video was shot on 14 July - just six days prior to Bennington’s death.

The clip showed Chester driving around town while singing an array of hit tunes from the band and other singers. The band and Jeong also stopped by the roadside to break out some dance moves and moved to a mobile truck to continue their karaoke session.

The video has been viewed over 4,000,000 times and has garnered close to 118,000 shares at the time of posting.
