Who says Malaysians aren’t talented? Our homegrown talents achieved a lot amazing feats this year and they’ve left a strong mark on the international stage.

There was one who stood out the most and it’s none other than Borneo hunk, Henry Golding.

Henry had a breakthrough lead role via the blockbuster hit Crazy Rich Asians this year which pretty much transformed his life.

Dynamic duo with Crazy Rich Asia's author, Kevin Kwan.
That role landed him a lot of opportunities that one can only dream of: appearing on the Ellen DeGeneres show, The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, and he will soon star alongside Game of Thrones star Emilia Clark in a romantic comedy titled Last Christmas.

Well, we foresee 2019 will be a bigger and better year for the Ibanese after he landed himself on the cover of GQ magazine and was crowned as GQ’s Star of The Year.

Congratulations, Henry!
The magazine credited Crazy Rich Asian for “minting Henry Golding as one of the industry's must-hire new actors, and for good reason: He's handsome, he's suave, and that accent.”

Other Hollywood giants who was also honored in the GQ Men (and one woman) of the Year list are Michael B. Jordan, Serena Williams, and Jonah Hill.

We're so proud of you, Henry! Looking forward to what you have in store for us soon.
