Whether you’re making it big in Hollywood, Bollywood or even Mollywood, at the end of the day, it’s your body of work and the amount of moolah you’re getting paid that’ll sustain you in the entertainment industry. Forbes has just recently released their annual list of “The World’s Highest-Paid Actresses of 2016” which was highly dominated by Hollywood superstars. So, who will be the most 'expensive' actress of the year? Will J-Law be able to defend her title? Let’s find out.

The Bajirao Mastani star is now India’s highest-paid actress to date with a total net earnings of USD $10 million (RM40.39 million). Deepika made it to this year’s list partly thanks to her rewarding endorsement deals.
