Titled 'Ju-On: Origins', the series will focus on the cursed house that's been the centerpiece for all 13 'Ju-On' movies.
Throughout the series, we will also find out who the pale-white woman with long hair and the creepy boy in the movies who gave us nightmares are.
Here's the official synopsis to the series provided by the streaming site:
“As if possessed, Yasuo Odajima (Yoshiyoshi Arakawa), a paranormal investigator begins looking into "the house" that everyone is talking about, and Haruka Honjo (Yuina Kuroshima), a young performer plagued by mysterious footsteps in her room at night, are drawn to the 'cursed house.'
Things take a turn for the dark when they come face-to-face with a woman with long dark hair a crawling fetus covered in blood – things we can only hope are not of our world.”
