Malaysia Ranked Second In Evaluation Report Of Most Successful Country In Fighting COVID-19
While the number of COVID-19 cases in Malaysia is showing a rising trend, it is undeniable that this is a massive reduction compared to what we faced three months ago during the Movement Control Period (MCO).

That is why Malaysia has been ranked as the second most successful country in the fight against COVID-19 after Taiwan.

A success story.

According to a report in The Star quoting China Press, the ranking was released by a Japanese think tank in an evaluation report of 49 major countries dealing with the virus.

A good handle of the situation

Malaysia came in second with a combined score of 144 out of 200 in the assessment of two criteria including pandemic damage and economic damage due to COVID-19.

Handling a pandemic.

Taiwan scored 180 while Hong Kong was ranked third with 143 points.

This is followed by Thailand (126), China and South Korea (124), Australia (120), New Zealand (99), Japan (95) and Norway (90).

Good job Malaysia!
