Let's face it: not everybody was born with artistic talents like Leonardo da Vinci and Picasso.
But that doesn't mean you should stop trying.
In fact, Vans wants you to draw and express your creativity by designing your very own shoe!
Draw your own shoe
The skateboard apparel brand has just launched their new footwear collection called U-Color.
And like its name suggests, yes; you need to colour your own shoe to make it uniquely your own.
The U-Color collection features two designs from its popular Era
and Slip On
line of shoes.
Drawing inspiration from fans of Vans who use their footwear as a creative canvas, the the first design has a blank checkerboard pattern atop each of the panels, a true white tongue, and laces and eyelets to make your own checkerboard design or new pattern.
The sidewall of the Era showcases “fill in the blanks” for fans to colour in the shoe however they want.
If you prefer something with a little more design, a second Era footwear style highlights a hand-drawn floral motif and leaves each of the flowers open to fill in and colour.
Whether you stay inside the lines or choose to go beyond, the U-Color collection enables creativity during an inspiring time of expression and personal style.
The Vans U-Color collection retails for RM239
and is now available at Vans retail locations online
