But first, she did mention that "there isn't really any secret" to her weight loss, and it's all down to all the hard work she's put in, as well as being extremely motivated.
She, however, shared a couple of tips of what worked for her:
- Cutting out sugary drinks
- Refraining from eating until extremely full
- Putting small portions of food on her plate
- Finishing that first before 'refilling' with another portion
- Regular exercise
@shintyxnn also reminded her followers to do it at their own pace, and don't worry too much about what others think of you and your journey.
"If you ever feel like giving up, just remember why you started and stick to your goals!” she wrote.
