For some pregnant women, they try to stay put as much as they can to keep their baby safe and healthy. But did you know that exercising is one of the best ways to help you and your little one stay healthy?
Regular workouts can also help to improve your posture and reduce discomforts you often face when you’re pregnant, like backaches and fatigue.
Most exercises are safe to perform during pregnancy as long as you exercise caution and don’t overdo any routine. Some of the safest activities for pregnant women are swimming, brisk walking, stationary bicycling and low-impact aerobics.
Consult your doctor before you start any exercise programme during pregnancy.
One of the people who strongly believes in exercising during pregnancy to maintain a healthy lifestyle is reality star Khloé Kardashian.
The six-month pregnant Kardashian recently opened up about why staying healthy and fit is so important during her pregnancy.
“Being pregnant, it's a whole different type of self-care. I still exercise to maintain my sanity and also to feel good about myself, but my workouts are not as intense as they once were,” she said.
Earlier this week, we revealed some of the top workout songs on Spotify people listened to while doing cardio and lifting weights last year.
To celebrate her continuous fit and healthy lifestyle, as well as the return of her hit TV show ‘Revenge Body’, Khloé has also taken over the music streaming platform’s ‘Workout’ playlist!
Click to start working out. Don't just listen to the songs!
This specially curated playlist contains some of the songs she often listens for some ‘fitspiration’ while breaking a sweat at the gym.

Some of her favourite tracks includes Katy Perry’s diss track "Swish, Swish", Beyoncé’s anthem for women empowerment "Run the World (Girls)", and of course, one from her brother-in-law Kanye West, "Stronger".

Getting active, fit and healthy is becoming a popular trend these days and there is absolutely nothing wrong with jumping on this bandwagon.
So get your headphones on and start putting together your own workout playlist, or better yet, start exercising for real this time!
