Missing your workout sessions during the Movement Control Order (MCO) period because your favourite parks or the gym are closed?
Do you know that you can get a decent workout right at the comfort of your home?
In fact, one Malaysian proves that you can run a full marathon at home.
Running a marathon at home
The man, Yim Heng Fatt, documented himself running the length of a full marathon inside his house.
According to a report by Malay Mail
, he kicked off his indoor run at 6am on 4 April and began covering a 50-metre route inside his house with breaks in between for eating, showering, and resting.
He crossed the finish line after 36 hours, clocking in 263 kilometres in total.
Wow, that's actually quite impressive.
He shared a video of the 50-metre route inside his house which weaves through his living room, foyer, kitchen, and dining area on the ground floor.
“The good thing about running indoors is the ability to control the weather. Out come the fans and even the air-conditioning when it gets hot and muggy during the late afternoon.
“Plus, you can virtually run naked,” he shared on his Facebook.
See guys, you have no excuse to not workout at home!
