Yellow yellow dirty fellow.

Just last week, Malaysians were ashamed to learn that a Japanese man living in Cyberjaya helped pick up 4,500 cigarette butts littered on the streets of Putrajaya:

And just a couple of days after that, the ugly, unhygienic side of Malaysians were on full display yet again.

Ugh!

Some residents have become a nuisance

Several photos showing quarantine centers in Sabah being littered with trash have been making their rounds on social media.

In the pictures, plastic bottles and disposable plastic food containers can be seen strewn all over the place.

Hello, heard of a rubbish bin before?
As such, the Sabah Health Department (JKNS) has urged those under quarantine at designated centres in the state to be more conscientious in maintaining good hygiene and dumping rubbish.

According to a report by New Straits Times, quoting JKNS director Datuk Dr Christina Rundi, agencies managing the centres have complained that some temporary residents have become a nuisance.

Trash, trash everywhere.
"We understand that some might feel uncomfortable or dissatisfied at having to undergo quarantine at the centres.

"However, JKNS urges those at the centres to shoulder the responsibility of taking care of personal hygiene and the environment. They have to know that cleanliness is the basis of health," she said in a statement.

Guys, if you are staying at quarantine centres, please show some care. You wouldn’t litter in your house, so why would you do it in quarantine centres?
