Great opportunity.

If you've never been to the top of the KL tower, next month would be the most perfect time to go.

If you asking "why ah?" Welllllll... cause it's freeeeeeeeeeee!

Bring your friends and family.

The peeps from KL Tower will be allowing all visitors free access to their Observation Deck (that's the lower closed deck) for the whole month of July.

A discount of 50% will also be applied to those looking to venture to the higher open deck called the Sky Deck.

Strong winds and a beautiful view.

The usual price for the lower deck is RM30 for adults and RM20 for children while foreigners are charged RM49 and RM29 respectively.

We've linked all the charges here: KL Tower Admission & Ticketing.

SOPs will be followed

KL Tower CEO Ainol Shaharina Sahar said that the promotion was in line with the reopening of the KL Tower since they closed on 18 March due to the Movement Control Order.

"The KL Tower was reopened on 27 June, and this promotion is to encourage domestic tourism to this iconic skyscraper," she said when speaking to Rojak Daily.

She also reassured that SOPs related to the COVID-19 outbreak will be strictly adhered to at all times.

"We will limit the number of people to 15 at a time for the Observation Deck and 24 at a time for the Sky Deck."

"We will also disinfect the area every 45 minutes," she said.

Getting the numbers

Ainol Shaharina added that the tower usually welcomes 1 million visitors yearly and the goal was to maintain that number this year.

"Yes, income is important, but we want to try and get people here first," she said.

The official launch of the KL Tower promotion campaign called "We Are Free" will be held this Saturday.

So, if you're looking for a space with a view to visit with the fam bam this weekend, KL Tower may just be the right spot for you.

Just note that no bookings are not allowed at the moment, so be there early and get ready for some breathtaking views of the city.
